I went to the store today at 11 am and it was closed. Google says they open at 11 am. I waited for half an hour and no one came. They kept telling me that staff from other locations were probably arriving soon, but nothing happened. I was very disappointed because it's the closest store to my house. It's a real disaster; at the very least, change the hours on Google or stick to the one that's listed, which is 11 am.
I went in looking for a gel I saw online; they didn't have it, but Blanca offered me a much better one, and I ended up buying something extra for myself. Excellent service, I'll be back.
