The short version

You can browse this entire site without an account and without accepting a single optional cookie. If you do that, we store two technical cookies, we do not know who you are, and no analytics or advertising script loads. Everything else on this page is about the cases where you choose to do more β€” leave a review, register a business, report a listing, or accept cookies.

What we collect, and why

#### If you just browse

DataWhyLegal basis
A session cookie and a CSRF token (erotic_advisor_session, XSRF-TOKEN)To make the site work and to prevent cross-site request forgeryLegitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) β€” strictly necessary, so no consent needed
Your cookie choice (cookie_consent)So we stop askingLegitimate interest β€” we are required to remember your refusal
Server and security logs, including IP address, held by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare, which sits in front of this siteSecurity, abuse and attack prevention, keeping the site upLegitimate interest

No analytics, no advertising profile, no cross-site tracking of you as a person.

#### If you accept cookies

Analytics load only after you accept, and stop being loaded if you choose "Essential only":

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) and art. 11.7a Telecommunicatiewet). You can withdraw it at any time β€” see Your choices.

#### Advertising

This site carries advertising from ExoClick (magsrv.com), an adult advertising network, on listing pages. Ad networks set and read their own identifiers to select and measure ads, and that data goes to ExoClick as its own controller. We do not share your name, email or account details with them.

Some links to cam sites and ticket sellers are affiliate links, which pass a referral identifier so the partner knows the visit came from us. We do not learn who you are from that.

#### If you leave a review

We store the display name you type, the title and text of your review, and your score. That is all β€” we do not store your IP address or email with a review, and we do not require an account. Reviews are moderated before publication.

Anything you write in a review is public. Do not put personal details in one, and do not name or describe individual workers β€” we will remove it if you do (see Trust & safety).

Legal basis: legitimate interest in hosting visitor reviews of businesses, and your own act of submitting it.

Review submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot service, which processes technical signals from your browser to decide whether you are a bot. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.

#### If you report a listing

We store the listing concerned, the reason you selected and whatever you write in the details field. Reports are confidential and can be anonymous β€” an email address is useful only if you want a reply.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the directory accurate and lawful, and, for reports about illegal content, legal obligation.

#### If you register a business account

DataWhy
Name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in readable form)To create and secure the account
Email verification timestampTo confirm the address is yours
Billing name, billing email, billing address, postcode, city, countryInvoicing for paid services
VAT numberInvoicing and to determine whether VAT is charged
Everything you enter about your business β€” descriptions, hours, prices, photos, services, staff, FAQsTo publish your listing, which is the point of the account

Legal bases: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) for the account and the listing; legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)) for invoices and tax records.

VAT numbers are checked against VIES, the European Commission's VAT validation service, after you save them. That means the number and country code are sent to the Commission's service. Nothing else is.

#### If you email us

We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and long enough afterwards to understand a follow-up.

Listings about people, not companies

Most of what we publish is business information, which is not personal data. But some listings concern individuals β€” independent escorts, sole traders, performers. Where that is the case, we publish it on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining a public directory of businesses operating openly in this industry, using information the person or business has published themselves.

If a listing concerns you personally, you can object, and we will remove it. In practice we do not argue the point: ask and it comes off. No justification required, no proof of identity demanded for a plausible request. That is our standing rule, and it is stricter than the law obliges us to be.

Requests: [email protected] or Report a listing.

Who your data is shared with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Cloudflare are US-headquartered and may process data outside the EEA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Our own analytics and the site itself are hosted in the EU.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict what we do with it; hand it over in a portable form; or stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

We may ask you to confirm your identity β€” except for a request to remove a listing, image or review concerning you personally, where we act on the request itself rather than making you prove who you are.

Unhappy with how we handled it? You can complain to the Dutch DPA, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority where you live.
