It's not what it seems. I was going to stay overnight but had to leave due to the discomfort caused by the service and the feeling of insecurity. The service ranges from mediocre to bad. Don't even bother calling or organizing any event, because they won't give you any more details than the price. Security is questionable, and the staff are not friendly, but rather rude and curt. The gates and access doors are blocked; that is, the gate doesn't close and the door doesn't open. This forces you to leave the establishment and re-enter even though they give you a key card. And room service takes forever to arrive; everything is incredibly slow, and you have to keep reminding people. The experience leaves much to be desired. Aesthetically, the place is pleasant and attractive, but this is overshadowed by the poor service.

Beautiful facilities. We stayed overnight in a duplex (52), very nice, superior category. Breakfast was acceptable. Note: We were there on the coldest night of June and the air conditioning wasn't sufficient to heat such a large room.

The place is very nice, but the service wasn't. They called my room saying their shift was over, which was a mistake because we had requested an overnight stay, and I had to explain. Then they called me at 6 am (I was already asleep) and told me that if I wanted breakfast, I had to accept it right then because the employee was leaving. (I couldn't have breakfast.) It's a shame because the place is very nice.
