Great customer service
Ordered a Riley Reid flesh light that was out of stock, easily swapped for Gina Valentino flesh light no hassle. Had a uber courier picking up my order as I was over the limit for multiple substances.. and was able up call up and pay over the phone to add a penis pump to my order for no extra cost, while my uber was at the counter waiting.
First time using a pump and Luvpump
ProXtra didn’t disappoint. 10/10 all round
Came in today and there was a guy in a black jacket behind the counter eating. I wanted to buy something and he pointed me to the back corner. I was looking at the products hoping he would come over after about 5-10 minutes I decided he was not interested, I had a look at a bed near the front door when I was leaving and he said that's where we put our rubbish, he seemed in a bad mood, so I just left, sorry to have bothered you today.
OMG! Lisa and Jex are absolutely FANTASTIC.... The stores fantastic, but the staff are the icing on the erotic cake for me! Not a seedy dive like many other establishments around Sydney!
Good service & selection but as far as returns & or refunds no good brought faulty product & have to wait to owner makes sure it doesn't work then depending thet decide if to replace or refund I've never had any problems at other stores they need to sort it I guarantee I'm not the first or last & should be done on the spot not days after
A great adult store with a wide range of affordable and novelty items.
Lisa provides beyond great customer service and love having a laugh with her when i come in to shop.
Parking is right at the front of the shop and it’s wheelchair accesible.
