Really disappointing service. The girl didn’t realise she had started her period until about 10 minutes into the service. She felt bad and agreed to refund the extra charges, but the shop refused to refund the other fee, saying that time had already been spent in the room. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I expected better customer service.

During the appointment, there was a misunderstanding regarding the service, and I felt the situation was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner. Angel was not respectful in communication, and the situation escalated quickly. I was asked to leave before my paid time was properly completed. When I tried to explain that I had already paid, I did not feel listened to, and I was told to leave. Overall, I felt the customer service and handling of the situation were unfair and unprofessional. I hope management improves communication and how issues are handled with clients in the future. Had a great experience, receptionist Jo is the best, always welcome with great energy and had session with beautiful girl name Ocean, she is an angel, great service and friendly person. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

This place is seriously deceptive. I paid for a 45-minute service, but after one short session, the worker left halfway through. Only about half of the time was used. The front desk was also extremely rude — they opened the door without consent and rushed me to leave. I requested a refund for the unused time, but received no response at all. This is not a professional or honest business. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this place.
