Stay clear of a girl named Harley. She is terrible. Poor Hygiene, bad attitude and enthusiasm. Looked at her phone for the first 10 mins then just complained about everything. I walked out not satisfied at all and when i asked for a refund or replacement girl management refused.

Absolutely one of the most appalling, disrespectful, and frustrating experiences I have ever paid for. I booked Sakura expecting honesty, professionalism, and receiving the service I paid for. Instead, she was clearly on her period during the booking and never mentioned it beforehand. Hiding something like that from a paying customer is deceptive and shows complete disregard for customers. Things only got worse from there. During the booking, she disappeared for a break and then ended the service early without completing what was agreed. I was left feeling confused, frustrated, and completely ripped off. The entire experience felt rushed, careless, dishonest, and unbelievably low standard. No apology, no accountability, and no respect for the customer whatsoever. Management should be embarrassed for allowing standards this poor. Charging full price for incomplete service and bad treatment is unacceptable. I left feeling angry, cheated, and disgusted that I ever spent money here. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this place
