We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Carnac. The room met our needs perfectly and was very clean. The area was also very quiet during our stay (almost no noise inside or outside the hotel). We went today and really expected a luxurious room. The room itself was small and had a few broken things. The hot tub was unmaintained, with a thick layer of mold and limescale on the tap. The hot tub surround was halfway stuck. It's a real shame for the price of €115. Definitely not worth repeating. The room was really not fresh. We were going to stay for four hours and left after a good two hours, or two hours after driving back. We really didn't feel cared for in the room. We've stayed at places where we pay €50 for four hours, and everything was spotless, even down to the parking garage. We went there because we heard the advertisement on the radio and were curious. When we looked at the website, it was good. But unfortunately, only a 2 out of 10. We also felt the friendliness could have been a bit better. Regards,
