Hotel looks good and modern but hygiene is absolutely awful. Hydro tub had hair and literal human dirt after running for a while. Besides that, extremely rude reception staff (cleaning staff was excellent and professional). Reception gave us only a 5 minute window to leave the room or charge another hour and double billed things that had already been paid for. On top of all that, homophobic house rules. The receptionist literally told us they wouldn't allow my girlfriend and I to have a male friend over, because two men are not allowed to be in the same room, only two women. Absolutely awful experience for an expensive place, and a formal complaint will be filled with the Sanitary Agency of Rio.

Good hotel but for the location and it’s age (old type hotel not modern) it’s a bit expensive. The basic room is comfortable and spaceful but quite ugly.

I have been to all rooms, from the simplest to the most expensive... They are all superb. The breakfast can be ordered at anytime, try it!!!!!

Its the best motel price bennefit in town, nice bed and pillows. Very clean and well located. The room service is very nice with delicious options for food. Distack for the pizza. So, its a cool place in rio to stay with your lover and have a nice time.

Pretty mid range. A bit more pricier than usual for the value, but service was all right and the room was serviceable and clean.
