Hello, I’m writing about my visit to Riverport Tavern yesterday. I had a great experience on my first visit and met some lovely people, so I returned expecting the same. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing because of how security treated me. When I arrived I was wearing a costume — essentially a T-shirt with two vinyl arrows attached. The security guard ignored other patrons in costume but singled me out and told me my costume was “dangerous.” I explained it was not, and although I disagreed, I cooperated because I was visiting and wanted the night to run smoothly. The interaction left my outfit ruined and significantly affected my experience. Later that night I was standing with my phone low, trying to take a photo of myself to send to my girlfriend. I did not raise the phone — I kept it as low as possible out of respect for the performer on stage. A different security guard approached and interrogated me in an unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional manner. He told me there were “six signs” prohibiting cameras and showed me a sign that said “no camera.” The way he spoke to me felt condescending, as if I were a child. I work in law enforcement and understand how to interact with the public. The tone and approach used by your staff were inappropriate for a nightclub environment, where people come to relax and enjoy themselves. If your security team lacks training in customer engagement and de-escalation, I strongly encourage you to provide that training. I was going to inquire about this with the Saudi lampton chamber of commerce and escalate level of complaint, but I thought I should reach out to you here first. I do believe that these two incidents were racially motivated I would appreciate a response outlining what steps Riverport Tavern will take to ensure patrons are treated respectfully and that similar incidents do not recur. Great under rated bar in canada. Dancers were pretty decent , the beer was delicious, and the world famous mustache rides were fantastic. Great times had by all.

Not worth the visit. I came to Sarnia to visit a friend and decided to check out this strip club after a local bar. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. The security refused entry to one of our group members, claiming he was "too drunk," even though he was sober and our designated driver. Meanwhile, visibly intoxicated patrons were allowed in, which violates LLCA regulations. When we decided to leave, the toothless most likely crackhead security guard and a balding man came outside and began yelling at us unprovoked and disrespectfully. Despite calmly explaining the situation off the establishment property, they falsely accused me of being aggressive and threatened to call the police due to me calling them out for not following the laws and regulations. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and confrontational, even as we were leaving peacefully. The club itself seemed dirty, with odd vibes and poor management. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at any establishment before. If you’re traveling through Sarnia, avoid this place—it’s not worth your time or energy.

Had a more positive experience here than the other club! Club needs a little work done if they do get work done hopefully not to much led lights that will blind you. Can't complain too much while I'm in town to work tho but I strongly suggest the river port or just go out of town....

I was not looking forward to coming to this club with a 3.2 star rating but it was a great strip club. Our server was lovely. The dancers were pretty solid. It was super bumping on a Friday night.
