I visited Vivid Spa on Friday night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The lady working there was quite rude and unprofessional. When I asked to see the available lady, I was told that their nighttime policy requires a $50 deposit, but the way it was communicated was not friendly or professional at all. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, I felt there was zero customer service during my visit. The staff’s attitude made me feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience and honestly it was only for one reason. The receptionist. She was extremely unwelcoming and made me and the group of guys we were with feel very unwelcomed. We went on August 7th, the Friday night so the spa was quite busy, and we can late at the end of our night after celebrating our friends 21st birthday. A couple of my buddies have been to the location before and had so many good things to say about so we were all looking forward to it and we’re ready to provide lots of buisness, however the lady at the receptionist that night honestly pushed away all 5 of us. She was super and not hospitable at all. All the ladies seemed very nice and spa was clean but this receptionist single handly ruined everything for us and made us just straight up leave. Super rude, lots of an attitude and 0 cooperation. My freinds did tell me though that she was not the receptionist they normally see so if you ever go, pray you don’t get the one we bumped into.

Absolutely amazing place. My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new, and this girl Angel had absolutely blown our minds. She is absolutely crazy in a good way!!! Perfect way!!! If you are looking for more than just simple fun, she IS the girl to see. Recommended 100%, ANGEL
