I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. We purchased a product that was advertised as being similar to the Rose, and before purchasing, we specifically tried the Rose in the store. The associate told us that the product we were considering would function similarly. Based on that representation, we decided to purchase it. After trying the product at home (testing the settings on our hands like how we did in the store), it was completely different from what we were told. The settings were not comparable, and even the design/opening of the product was significantly different from the Rose. To make matters worse, the charger appeared to have been tampered with despite the packaging seal, and the product ultimately did not work properly. Before we left the store originally, the associate specifically told us that if the product did not work as she described, we could come back and return it. We returned to the store today because the charger was not working and because the product was clearly not comparable to what we were told we were purchasing. Instead of being met with an effort to resolve the issue, we were met with hostility and told that there was nothing they could do because there was no manager available. She called the manager and there was still no resolve. That is unacceptable. As paying customers, we should not be left without any options simply because a manager is not present—especially when the product was recommended to us based on a specific comparison made by an employee. At this point, we are out the money, left with a product that does not function properly, and have been given no meaningful assistance in resolving the situation. Whether this is a training issue or a situation where the priority is simply making a sale, the lack of accountability and customer service is extremely concerning. I understand that certain products may have return restrictions, but that does not excuse an employee making representations about a product, explicitly telling a customer they can return it if it does not perform as described, and then refusing to even attempt to find a solution. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews what happened, and provides better training to associates on accurately representing products and handling customer concerns. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are purchasing and should not be dismissed when something goes wrong. This is UNACCEPTABLE

This store is OK. I do have some great finds I use it for outfits sometimes. They like a lot of stores like this have a racial profile problem .they follow around people of darker complexion’s in assume they’re stealing.My boyfriend and I confronted them and they apologized and blamed it on past thefts of others . The stores need to learn you do not treat good customers like criminals because you have an occasional Theft .because I literally go there every couple weeks and spend at least $500.
