A guy was buying some items for anal sex, explained the situation that it would be his first time and he didn't understand anything about it. The salesperson sold him the most expensive items that probably no one bought. Instead of anal lubricant, she sold me massage lubricant for 1,000 crowns. If I hadn't read this, I would have had problems. We wanted to exchange it that same day, but she refused, even though by law, the goods can be returned within 14 days. When the guy asked to take a photo to send, she refused because she assumed I would refuse the things she was trying to sell! I ask management to pay attention to this because I think such people should not work in the store. And this is too big a traffic jam for a first-timer. This is the most successful salesperson I have ever met.

Beautiful and cozy shop, the young lady took care of me immediately upon arrival, I was here to discuss a sensitive topic for me, but the energy with which the lady communicated with me created a very pleasant atmosphere and suddenly I didn't even realize that I was actually in a sex shop. My partner and I visited this store somewhat unsure of what to expect. But right when we arrived, a pleasant blonde asked if we needed advice. Which we did, because neither of us knew what we actually wanted. The staff explained, showed and described everything to us. It was clear that they knew what they were talking about and what they were selling. It was nice that they were interested in what we liked or what we would like to try so that they knew what to advise us and not to sell us the most expensive thing at all costs. This was definitely not the last time we were here and we will be going regularly. Even if you don't buy anything, you can learn a lot of interesting and useful things. Thank you!
