Excellent service from Kimmy! She knows your size just by looking at you...shes a talented lady and makes you feel super comfortable. I left happy, and with the perfect set for my body. Because of her service and advice, I went online and ordered a set in every colour of the style she recommended.
Joanna was amazing! I hadn’t gone in for a fitting but she sized me accurately before we even tried any bras and I ended up with the best fitting bra I’ve had for years, which I couldn’t be happier about. Joanna was warm and friendly and made both me and my daughter feel at ease. I would highly recommend her and the other staff in this shop.

I had THE BEST experience today at Ann Summers in Collie thanks to Marie & Kimmy. I went in there to get an outfit to surprise hubby and ended up feeling like I was shopping with a close friend! Kimmy was my personal shopper and we played ‘dress up’. She helped me find the sizes right for me rather than what I thought I was. Marie at Ann Summers was absolutely incredible. She resized me after I’d been wearing the wrong bra size for three years, especially after losing weight and none of my old bras fitting properly anymore. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. I left feeling amazing and so much more confident. Her colleague was wonderful too—both of them were so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much!
