I was a regular, but because of health issue's I haven't been since may 2018. I was going to go this week, but I didn't hear from the club and still haven't heard back from them. It's sound's like the lady that got the place for a pound under goodwill, is destroying the wonderful joint. Poor Mike, he built a wonderful joint. On a good note, DV8 sound's like it has been taken on from the previous owners (enjoy your retirement) and become the new Eureka. Stop fluffing around and sort Eureka out. You had a gold mine.

Very sad to see such a beautiful site so run down and badly managed. Cooked food is well below standards. Only one jacuzzi available to use and it doesnt work properly. The sauna and the showers were in substandard condition too. The pool was dirty, the surrounding forest full of litter and the grass grounds poorly maintained. Playrooms were very basic, not even tissue to clean after play. Save your money, time and energy going somewhere else where they make some effort to feel you are not being ripped off

If able to do true rating would be -5 stars. Spoke to Bob on the phone prior to arrival who did a bloody good job at promoting the club. Unfortunately on arrival was the complete opposite, paid entry feed prior to walk around. Walk around was performed by a regular rather than a staff member who gave us feedback of it's adequate. It's going downhill. The clientele is hit and miss. Venue is nothing like the website or Google images. It's dirty smelly outdated rubbish everywhere. Grimy unkept untidy and just wouldn't even piss there. That's how disgusting it is. Very disappointed as had mixed feedback from the venue in the club from other swingers and couples wasted journey. Wasted money feels like a scam. Looking for a good time completely would avoid this venu... However, not a complete wasted evening out as dv8 stepped up and produced a fantastic evening and for a first timer at that venue as well we was made to be felt welcome, shown around by manager. new management team in place with massive, big ideas of the venue. So if you're looking for a good time, avoid eureka's and start over to dv8 for the time of your life.

I went to Eureka Sun Club for the first time, to relax after a very long day at work. I went to the hot tub and had only spent 5 minutes before I was told to leave the tub so that a couple could use it. The security guard insisted that I leave immediately and can only use it after they have finished using it. It isn't clear that the couple, who are Caucasians, didn't want to be in a hot tub with another black man. I spoke to the other staff about it and they seemed to surprised by this as well. They spoke to the security guard and convinced him that I am a paying customer too and that it is not right to ask me to leave. By the time they allowed me to go back in, I had already lost interest due to a complete disbelief of what has happened. I left the spa and have not returned since. I would like to know if anyone else had experienced similar incidents.

Have visited on St Patrick’s day ,, only my self all day alone ,,, very disappointed as paid £40 , no hot tub and shower facilities were not on working order ,, the bar manager was very friendly ,, overall facilities are not up to the standards ,,
