Active & Attractive

Active & Attractive is a Saturday party at Club Equinoxe on 28 November 2026, from 9pm until about 4am, which the club bills as the most exclusive event in Hamburg. Two dance floors run side by side: DJ DeckRex plays house and electro on the main floor, and DJ Eddy or DJ Stan R&B and Latino on the second, with a go-go show.

Entry needs a phone check first. After registering, guests must call the number the club publishes on this page, 01573 88 265 92, and send in a photo; the club states that without this it cannot let anyone in.

The night is aimed at young and young-at-heart couples, including newcomers to the scene, and at single women who want a night without crowds of single men. The club keeps single men to a ratio of one per ten couples. A 200 m² area is reserved for couples and women, the downstairs rooms are open from the start, and there are three lockable separees including an SM room, an SM area and many play areas.

The dress code is strict and applies to everyone without exception: patent, leather, fetish, sexy or evening wear, a suit or dinner jacket, or black trousers with a smart plain shirt. Jeans, trainers of any brand (leather and designer ones included), light-soled shoes, flip-flops, boxer shorts and bare feet are all refused.

Advertised rates are 45 euro for a woman, 95 for a man and 100 for a couple when registering in advance; on the door, 50, 100 and 110. All drinks are included. These are the club's advertised figures, confirmed at the point of purchase.

Standing house rules: first-time visitors are offered a guided tour of the whole club until 10.30pm; phones are banned throughout the club; no drinks may be brought in; and payment is cash only, with no cards accepted. Smoking is allowed at the dance floor. Registration closes at 9pm, after which the door price applies. Registered guests are guaranteed entry until 11pm, though the club points out that a registration is no guarantee if it fills up earlier, and asks guests to arrive in good time.

Single men are subject to the club's separate admission rules, which it says are accepted as binding on registration: a registration is binding, and a no-show without timely cancellation means no admission to future events; touching without being asked is forbidden and no means no; pushy or intrusive behaviour is not tolerated; the dress code is not up for discussion; and any breach means immediate, permanent exclusion. A registration does not guarantee entry — the door decides for every single man, regardless of how far he has travelled.
