Passing through Dunkirk, I discovered this sauna on a Friday. The welcome was friendly and attentive, the premises were very clean, and the facilities (showers, sauna, steam room, cabins) were well-suited. There was a lovely atmosphere, and the customers were respectful. I had a great time and met some pleasant people.

Extremely clean, well-decorated, unbeatable prices, it's a shame there's always that usual group of decidedly non-swinging couples who take over the ground floor a bit too much, chattering, shouting, and hogging all the sofas and the jacuzzi on Saturday nights: they're real atmosphere killers, and the upstairs is mostly deserted except for lonely men wandering around, bored, and of course, the few women who do come up are constantly being approached. It's a real shame, this club deserves better.

Looking on Google where it states that the entrance is wheelchair accessible and it has a wheelchair accessible toilet, then to look on their own website to see that it also says there is a shower that is accessible for disabled people and also stating that the toilet is accessible, I decided to come along here. I paid to get in, was given a towel and a locker key, I undressed, and then went to take a shower before using either the sauna or hammam. Whilst I was showering at the accessible shower, the gentleman from reception came along and waited for me whilst on the phone to someone. I finished and dried myself off, and through Google translate, he said he was on the phone to the manager and said that the premises weren't wheelchair accessible, and I would basically need to leave, I said OK to leaving as long as I was refunded, which he did. The only thing that I would have been able to access would be the sauna, hammam and bar area, as everything else on other levels. If you're going to have information on Google as well as your own website saying that it is accessible for people with disabilities and then ask someone to leave because they have a disability, then you need to ensure that information is removed from your website! It is difficult for people with disabilities to find places to visit that are accessible and having correct information on websites is paramount. Please do better.
