I just had a phone call with the specialist shop. The lady who was there didn't give me her name and was (even though I was very friendly) very rude and simply hung up on me.
The lady here is a bit assertive, judging by her demeanor. I can understand why, though. Good selection of high-quality products.
Ich habe dort ein Kleid gekauft, beim zweiten Mal tragen löste sich der wetlook Aufsatz. Da ich nicht 2 Stunden im Auto sitzen möchte habe ich den Orion Support angeschrieben und Bilder geschickt. Ich muss in den Shop, nach hin und her per Mail. Sollte ich einen Shop in der Nähe aussuchen auch dieser bedeutet 1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit.
Wohlgemerkt für einen mangelhaften Artikel. Einmal und nie wieder.
Compared to the other reviews here, I was very satisfied with the store. It's worth noting that it's perhaps a rather conservative adult shop. Younger people might not find what they're looking for, especially clothing. However, they have a huge selection of everything else and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this store.
We bought a red mesh dress in size 3XL... neither my partner nor I could even get it on, as it's too small. Orion wouldn't take it back. Sorry... but €30 for something that isn't the size advertised... that's deception.
