Staff today was rude and unfriendly, stated that the items “are not a toy” when we picked them up which I guess you could say is quite ironic. The sales associates immediately judged us when we walked in and bad eyed us the whole time like they were just waiting to shoo us away and a reason to be absolutely rude and disrespectful.
Maybe this store shouldn’t employ people who judge anyone who walks in looking to explore different options.
One star is too much already. Shame because the selection of NOT TOYS is big and interesting.
Great shop with a wide selection of high-quality products. The staff I interacted with were super friendly and really took the time to help me find the right option. I even came back with a technical issue, and they handled it quickly and professionally by replacing the item without any hassle. Overall, a very positive experience.
Wonderful staff, who take their time to explain and help you find what you need and want. Highly recommended.
Cool quality store with a good selection of kinky toys and accessories: Not too small but also not too big too big.
Most importantly though, friendly and attentive service. Would buy there again, Merry Xmas!
do not buy from this store! no way! I bought a broken device and immediately returned it the next day. a man who presented himself as the owner of the shop (without hair and with a beard) refused my complaint without explanation. when I said that I would leave a negative review, he told me that he has a lot of email addresses and that he would definitely write a new, positive review?!? All the negative reviews about this place are true, unfortunately I found out. I repeat, do not shop there!
