Outrageous and extremely unfriendly. That was our first impression upon entering the store. Both employees were sitting at the counter, engrossed in their phones. After a curt "hello," we were completely ignored; there was no assistance or any communication whatsoever. We ended up finding the product we wanted on our own. The price difference compared to the online shop was almost €50, which my partner then inquired about. In the end, we had to register for the online shop and "order" it via Click & Collect. All well and good, but throughout the entire process, we were left standing there like idiots and subjected to comments like, "I've never had a customer who registers just because of a price difference. Usually, customers just buy it at the in-store price" (not verbatim, but that's pretty close). We then had to retrieve the product ourselves from the upper floor, and in the meantime, the price difference was calculated on their phones. Customer service was nonexistent, but the staff were completely unfriendly and incredibly rude. We will never set foot in this store again.

Excellent service, friendly staff who take their time to advise customers. It felt completely natural to be in the shop. The sales assistant was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect garment for me. Definitely recommended, even for beginners! A huge selection of everything you could possibly want! :)

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this sex shop from a customer's perspective because I had a very bad experience with the sales staff. I couldn't get any advice; they just kept saying, "You'll find everything over there." To be honest, after half an hour of searching, I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously or that my questions were being addressed. When I asked which vibrators were popular with customers, the only response was, "All our products are popular with our customers." As a customer, you can't take that seriously. There are simply products with good reviews and products with bad reviews. Google, Amazon, and other online sex shops are definitely more transparent and honest in this regard. In the end, the saleswoman at the checkout was even worried that I would break the vibrator's battery cover when putting it on. My impression as a customer was that advice was only possible with a firm (friendly, but assertive) approach. In fact, I even got the impression that she thought I'd never been inside a sex shop before and was still a virgin at 40. My request: Please provide more individualized, expert advice instead of generic platitudes, and give more time and attention to customer questions. I'm certainly not going to buy 100 expensive sex toys to figure out which ones are good. There are bestsellers for that. And just as every customer is unique, so too is every person with their individual body parts and orifices. This requires expertise on the part of the salesperson. Nevertheless, thank you for not leaving empty-handed. I hope it wasn't a bad purchase in the end. Best of luck and all the best for the future.
