I've known this Orion store for a long time! It's a small but lovely shop! They have a good selection of toys, lingerie, contraception, and more! It's bright and welcoming, and you immediately feel comfortable. The sales assistants are friendly and always helpful if you have any questions! It's also easy to get to, whether by car or tram! They always have great deals in all departments! So, I highly recommend this Orion!

While visiting my relatives in Dortmund, I happened to walk past this shop and went in. It's a really great shop! A very friendly employee chatted with me for over 20 minutes, and as a thank you for the lovely conversation, I spent almost 50 euros in the store.

I was at Orion last month and wanted to get something nice for my wife. I've been to Orion several times before and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the advice is absolutely competent. The saleswoman took a lot of time and showed me various items, explaining them in detail. I then decided on a Womanizer Premium, which she checked for functionality before selling it to me. Unfortunately, we discovered last week that the silicone had come loose after cleaning. Yesterday, I went back to the store with the device and explained the problem to the saleswoman, who took it back without any fuss, and I immediately received a new one. It works perfectly, and my wife is overjoyed. PS: It couldn't be better.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give negative stars! This is the third time in a row I've bought a defective device! And they don't offer an exchange or even acknowledge my request. They just fob me off with legally dubious answers. Even though it's known that the manufacturer produced a faulty batch! I guess it's my own fault for not ordering everything online for half the price and supporting local businesses instead. NEVER AGAIN! Of course, they happily leave the customer to foot the bill so the owner doesn't suffer any losses from selling junk!

The owner of this Orion store is incredibly unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I will never buy anything from this store again. After returning a product three times, we still haven't received a refund. This was a product that was exchanged three times in one month. The reason given was that the box was missing. Legally, you don't need the box for a defective item. But Orion doesn't care about that. Now I have a product that cost €60 and is only a month old, broken and sitting in my cupboard.
