Update: I was there yesterday, March 7, 2026. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I wanted this time, but that wasn't the store's fault. It's because my request was apparently more unusual than I thought, even though it was just about a color. Nevertheless, Janosch went to great lengths to make alternative suggestions and still satisfy me. Ironically, that satisfied me almost more than if I had gotten exactly what I wanted. Greetings to Janosch and thanks again. Two weeks after my visit, I'm finally getting around to writing a review. I was there on the morning of January 25th. My first time in Duisburg. I know the shops in Cologne and I have to say, this one was better. Much better. Extremely friendly and competent service. He took his time, was patient, and conjured up exactly what I needed from the shelves. Thanks again. 😊

Since the new management (Janos) took over, it's a well-stocked shop with very friendly and helpful staff. What I like most about Janos is his honesty and his sensitivity towards customers. This makes the advice he gives stand out in a very positive way. My partner also feels well-advised and comfortable there. There's no awkwardness, which is something women sometimes experience. The staff makes it very easy to open up and express your wishes. We always enjoy shopping there. Keep up the good work!

We (as a couple) were visiting a store of this kind for the first time and were initially a little unsure about choosing the right products. The salesperson (Janos) made it so easy for us. He was approachable, sensitive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took plenty of time, advised us expertly and with humor, was discreet when necessary, and really made us feel welcome.
