How disappointed can you be after a planned shopping trip?! Yes! We drove all the way to Essen because we knew about the wide selection. As usual, the shop was staffed by two employees. One employee was behind the counter, looking grumpy, while the other was busy with customers upstairs. We were really looking forward to this assistance—our plan was to buy several outfits, meaning we'd be spending several hundred euros there. Shortly after our arrival, we were the only customers left in the shop. So, let the shopping begin! Turns out: we were simply ignored. After more than 40 minutes and several outfit changes on my part, someone casually asked in passing if we "still" needed help. We politely declined, as we had already tried on everything that looked interesting. We then shifted our shopping plans to the company's online shop, where the items were also significantly cheaper. But hey, why should I pay for on-site service if it simply doesn't happen?! Just sad.

It has everything you need, but you're constantly being watched, which makes it quite uncomfortable to look around. On top of that, practically every corner is under video surveillance, which makes it even more unpleasant and also unnecessary to be stared at.

The staff is always unfriendly. They're always following you around like you're stealing, and they have strange rules. And the store is just too expensive. You can get the same products online for a fraction of the price. It's especially noticeable with the lingerie. Everything is mid-range quality at a high price.

Very friendly staff. Rich assortment! And I quickly found what I was looking for. As I'm not native German, I was very impressed that big pets were allowed in the shop. Amazing ❤️
