Disappointing customer service Unfortunately, my visit to Orion today was a bitter disappointment. The staff was extremely unfriendly and their communication style was condescending. In an industry that thrives on trust and discretion, such behavior is completely unacceptable. I will avoid this store in the future.

So, anyone who goes in here definitely doesn't need a shopping list – you'll discover things you didn't even know you needed. The selection is… let's just say… diverse, ranging from "Oh, interesting" to "What the heck?!" You feel like a kid in a candy store – only for grown-ups. The staff is super friendly and laid-back, which is really nice when you're trying to decide whether the pink or the black one would look better in your bedside drawer. And don't worry if you feel a little self-conscious – the employees are so relaxed that it suddenly feels perfectly normal to talk about things like… well, creative leisure activities. In short: A store where you can laugh, marvel, and maybe even blush a little. Absolutely worth a visit, because who says shopping can't be fun?

Jeanny gave me excellent and very professional advice. She listened to me, tailored her recommendations to my needs, and selected fantastic products for me! I was very nervous at first because I didn't dare to say what I needed. Jeanny made me feel comfortable and relaxed while shopping! Thank you so much – I will definitely come back, as I felt completely taken care of! Top-notch!!!

I was there today, my partner and I had a consultation with the manager, and wow! I was truly impressed. She's incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in the field. She addressed every single need, offered help and advice, was very courteous, and truly customer-oriented in her actions and communication, which is very welcome and yet surprising, especially in a shop that some might consider incredibly intimate, to have such openness regarding more personal topics (I can't spell it out, stupid Google). I think it's fantastic, and the consultation was truly a 10/10.

I'm thrilled! The service was very friendly and extremely competent. My questions were answered thoroughly and completely. The shop in Bad Kreuznach is a thousand times better than ordering from a catalog. Highly recommended!
