This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was simply amazing. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The complimentary drinks were in large cups, which was a blessing, the complimentary cake was delicious, and if you become a member, you can even choose your own free sweets! The room was clean, with no musty or sewage smell, and the bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of towels provided, and the amenities were more than ample. They even provided a Chromecast and Fire TV stick, so everything was taken care of. The food menu was extensive, and I would like to order some next time. The price was reasonable for what it offered. It's such a wonderful hotel that I regret not knowing about it before. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly aggressive man at checkout.

This is the most attentive to detailed hotel I have ever visited. Of course it’s LGBTQ friendly one but friendly and feels not intimidating. 10/10 for its value and price paid.

Very well equipped and clean hotel in the middle of all the action the vibrant city of Osaka has to offer.
