The front desk staff's service was terrible.
The room was way too small, and 3500 yen for 2 hours is way too expensive. This place is really expensive for a room that's not even that good.
The customer service was so bad it doesn't even get a ★☆☆☆☆ rating. The previous staff member was very kind and polite, but the last time I went, the staff member with short hair was rude and annoying. If they're going to act like they're lazy, why don't they just quit? There was still an hour and a half left, so they had to charge me a service fee, but they said, "Yes, it's past time, so we'll charge you a service fee," and I was like, what's with that attitude? I'll never go there again. Should I even ask them to quit?
I went because the internet and Google site said it was 6,980 yen for a night, but it was 11,600 yen on a weekday? Huh? Double the price, and you pay at the entrance first, but only after choosing your preferred room in small print. It's better not to go here. It's a rip-off.
I stayed there on the night of July 25th, 2025. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but the cleaning staff, an older man with glasses, kept staring at me, which was annoying.
Younger people would turn their heads away immediately, but the older man with glasses kept staring at customers, and I wish he'd stop doing that.
