This is a hotel for business travelers. The cleaning and reception are terrible, many rooms have a strong sewage smell, and you should absolutely avoid soaking in the bathtub.
The bathroom was old-fashioned and full of mold, the door was hard to close, and there were many other problems.
The air conditioning filter in the room was also incredibly dusty...
The toilet was clean.
Since it's supposed to have a luxurious feel, I think it needs to be renovated and properly cleaned.
Upon entering the room, I was only asked, "Are you staying overnight or just using the room for a short rest?"
When one of us had to leave first, the door wasn't locked, so I thought we'd settle the bill in the lobby. However, a white-haired woman with glasses told me that she'd told a man that the deposit was 15,000 yen. Since I was short on time, I handed it over.
First of all, if such a system exists, it should be stated in the room, not just verbally.
It's unhelpful. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but staff don't think of themselves as gods, so please don't mess with customers using store rules.
Although it felt a little dated, the amenities were well-stocked, which was good.
You choose your room type, receive your key at the manned front desk, and pay at the payment machine located near the front desk. Credit cards are accepted, but those without an IC chip are not. Prepaid cards, in particular, should be avoided.
Staying here made me realize that there are still places in Osaka without manned front desks or automatic locks.
The rooms weren't extravagant, but they were reasonably spacious. However, the bathroom water pressure was low, and some rooms felt dated.
I was surprised to receive my ordered meal in person from a female hotel staff member.
The prices were a bit on the high side.
I experienced quite a bit of culture shock! Osaka is something else...lol
