Access is structured. Ladies and couples book through the site; Caucasian men are admitted only when accompanied by a lady; Black gentlemen apply individually and are approved before being given a place. The minimum age is 21. Guests change into dress code on arrival — sexy lingerie, a good boxer, erotic clubwear, leather or latex — and the door closes well before the party does, usually at 23:00. Phones and cameras stay away, bags are checked, and there is a minimum bar spend rather than an all-in bar.

What the clubs provide is why the party works: a large bar with seating, a roomy dance floor, several play spaces including a gloryhole and a BDSM room, a masseur, a covered smoking area, a DJ, freshly made international finger food and free private parking.
