Mannheim Royal Kink is a sex-positive fetish and BDSM play-and-dance party held at the MS Connexion Complex in Mannheim, run by the club's own operator, Helter Skelter GmbH.

The organiser's stated aim is a protected space for free sexual expression, dance, fetish, role-play and meeting people, outside social norms and categories — where orientation, gender identity, body shape, background and experience make no difference, but respect, consent and awareness do. FLINTA*, LGBTQIA+, crossdressers, queers and allies are named as expressly welcome.

Consent is set out as an obligation rather than an aspiration: it must be explicit, current and revocable, it is asked for before any physical or sexual contact, and a breach means immediate exclusion. An awareness team works the whole night. Photography and filming are banned outright anywhere in the club, even privately.

The night runs a techno floor and an 80s/90s floor, with show acts, a dance squad, a playroom dungeon and a couples' area with several play spaces.
