O-Events describes itself as a community for frivolous events, and runs a set of named formats that tour between other people's premises rather than a venue of its own.
The best known is Die Nacht der O — a Story-of-O roleplay evening in which submissive O's serve dominant gentlemen, run at Bizarradies in Munich, at Port of Senses in Karlsruhe and at Catonium in Hamburg. Alongside it run Das Lust Internat (a boarding-school roleplay night), Der Sklavinnen- und Hurenmarkt and Der original Stutenmarkt (auction and market roleplay), Der Ball der Masken (styled after Eyes Wide Shut), Die Kinky Night, and two wifesharing parties, Der Gentleman-Club and Fuck my Girl, both at Cats 2.0 in Munich.
It also runs residential events — weekends at a Schlosshotel near Passau — and lifestyle travel, including a week on Gran Canaria and a motor-yacht cruise in Croatia.
The evenings are run to published rules rather than left to chance. Numbers are capped and balanced deliberately, dress codes are binding and enforced at the door, drinks are included in the admission price, and newcomers can wear a red wristband that marks them as not available to other guests. Every participant fills in a preferences sheet that the gentlemen are obliged to read.
Alongside the events the site sells its own handmade leather collars and restraints.
