I checked with surrounding businesses, and the purple/violets glow, said the premises were open. However, trying to log in to visit via the joy-club link and via WhatsApp didnt get any reply. Even after a personal visit whilst purple/violets lights were on display and a close by member of the public confirmed, I was still told the event was closed. I am not sure if it was because of my age or because of my language. But either way, I was unable to enter the premises. Addendum. I have seen members of the public enter the premises after ringing the doorbell as I had done.

Recently, my partner and I decided to explore something new and ventured out to Elyxir. We liked that in addition to the club they organized events with live shows. There were cabaret performances, and it made the experience very complete. They also offered hot appetizers so it is an excellent choice while enjoying the evening.

We, a Swedish couple, made a decision to visit Elyxir since it presented itself online as a more classy alternative compared to other swinger clubs in Palma. We were looking forward to a fun night among likeminded people. We were in touch with the club on whatsapp and they were very welcoming, we arrived there, payed the entrance fee (100 euro) and once that was done we were presented to the premises which were empty, except a single woman and single man. That was really disappointing to us but we decided to have a couple of drinks and see if more couples would arrive.. but no. We spoke to the club representative Max and came to the agreement that we would come back the following day, without having to have to pay a new entrance fee (we never used the premises). The following evening we asked on whatsapp if there was any more action at the club, eventually we received the information that there was two couples there so we decided to give it a new shot, although feeling reluctant since we had a long drive to get to the club. Once again, the club was very welcoming and we felt excited to experience a sexy evening together. Once again we were greeted with open arms, handed bathrobes and then asked to pay approximately 80 euro although the day before we had made an agreement on rain check. We refused to do that and had a much more pleasant (and less pricy) night out in a chic bar in Palma. The club owners didn’t seem to care much about customer satisfaction. There were no intention or will to compensate us in any way, we only got a passive aggressive comment that it is like a discoteque, you don’t get money back if there is no people. A rather stupid comparison in my opinion. The overall impression is: a false sense of caring about their customers, a club that seems to be in need of couples like us to visit them since they seem to have problems with crowding the place.

The club is very elegant. The atmosphere of the club is great. Everything is top shelf, definitely quality over quantity. Lukas is very helpful. For me, the rating is 10. I recommend this club very much. We were as a couple

Look no further to another club if you want to feel warmest welcomed. Lukas promptly answered all my questions via WhatsApp. We met him in person at the entry, and he was super professional and nice. The bartenders were sweethearts. You will be treated like VIP guests. All couples attending the Couples’ night were hot (great mix of ages). Awesome atmosphere, the place is so clean, and smells so good. Well decorated, very classy. DJ played assorted dancing songs. The Club serve some finger food as appetizers, and drinks are well mixed. Look for the big number 11 at the building, the club has a very discreet entrance in some sort of a residential area. You will love the ambience. It is expensive, but it was so worthy. Have fun!
