Sauna Tibet
sobre
Sauna Tibet, on the edge of the Genneper Parken nature area in Eindhoven, calls itself one of the largest gay saunas in the Benelux and is now men-only. The fully renovated complex has three saunas, two bubble baths, a plunge pool and a large swimming pool, a spacious bar with an open fire, a big roof terrace and a restaurant, and every rest cabin has condoms available. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 02:00; the restaurant serves daily from 12:00 to 20:30.

I had terrible time and got violently sick afterwards... Don't recommend. Everything felt dirty and not in a good way.
Very impolite staff. They look very old fashion mind to work in this kind of places. Very rude people in my opinion. They charge for €27, same like Amsterdam’s sauna, and no drink included like the other one.
At first, I was a bit cautious because of some reviews; however, I can say first-hand that it is one of the best saunas I’ve been to. Ample space, clean, big jacuzzi, big pool, big saunas, an outdoor sauna, two spacious steam rooms, a nice cruising and play area, and, an outside terrace if you want to have a smoke. While the staff is busy, I’ve never interpreted their rush as rudeness, and they are actually very nice and helpful. I will come back for Buddha Bears. Keep it up!
I visited this sauna for the first time, traveling a long distance from Belgium. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because of the staff’s behavior.
One staff member loudly scolded me for using my smartphone in the café area, even though I was unaware of the rule. His tone was so unfriendly that people turned to look, which was very embarrassing. A polite reminder would have been enough.
At check-out, the counter staff seemed extremely bored and unwelcoming, then kept me waiting at the exit until the next client checked in — even though he only needed to press a button to let me out.
A sauna should feel peaceful and respectful, but instead I left stressed and unwelcome. If this kind of unprofessional behavior continues, it could seriously harm their reputation in the long run.
I had known about this place for a while, and despite it being not far from me, the reviews kept me away, at least until I saw it for my own.
Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the building itself is completely dettached from any other buildings, it sits isolated and surrounded by greenery on all sides, much like an island, in a rather quiet part of the city. Good for the discreets out there.
At the time I write this I have visited the place twice, on two Sundays. So far I have not seen rudeness on the part of the staff. On the contrary, the guy at the bar was very nice. Granted, they aren’t all smily either.
The place is very spacious. I’ve been to many saunas and the one is Amsterdam for instance is so tiny, while Tibet has a restaurant area with tables and seemingly yummy food, there is hydro and two pools in which I had fun swimming, dry saunas and wet saunas, movie room, cruising corridors with many cabins, and and very nice deck outside with beach chairs. In other words, you can come here to have fun but also relax.
Now, the reason for not giving it 5 stars would be a few notes. While I really like the facilities, the wet saunas in particular are a bit small. One has a weird shape but is ok, you can have fun there. The other one is extremely hot and I could not stand there too long. Besides, the main point is the clientele - a great chunk of customers seems to be above their fifties. This is not a bad thing in itself, these are folks that are entitled to look for fun as all other guys are. But this tends to keep younger men away too. As a man in his late 20s, I had lots of fun with other guys my age even if we were in smaller numbers, both times I visited.
All in all: good and spacious facility, good for relaxing and having fun with other guys
