I’ve been to Amazing Intimate Essentials twice once years ago in 2016 and again recently on my birthday this July. Both times, the customer service stood out in the best way. On my most recent visit, the woman working there was incredibly helpful and patient. I had just made a purchase and realized I wanted something different, and she made the exchange process easy and stress‑free. Instead of steering me toward one high‑priced item, she helped me explore a few different options so I could get exactly what I wanted. She walked me through everything with genuine enthusiasm, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole experience fun. It felt like shopping with someone who actually cared about helping me find what fit my needs and my budget. Overall, both visits were great, but this recent one really showed how knowledgeable, kind, and customer‑focused the staff is. I left happy, confident in my purchase, and really impressed with the service.

Sooo had to leave this on my boyfriend’s account because my phones acting up. Anyways we had a very COMFORTABLE experience. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and they were more than happy to answer all the questions! They knew exactly what each thing did and did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked. They even looked out for me, I lost the charger to my rose and boom they were like we got you!! Love ittttt.

My first time at an Amazing store and it was a wonderful experience! The store is decked out for Christmas which was super cute, clean/organized, spacious, and there was a chill vibe in there versus other stores I’ve been to which have been quite the opposite that are not under an Amazing store. Big shout out to Hannah who assisted me and explained all the great deals going on at the moment! She explained the layout as well and answered the questions I had. Was very kind and offered to help order anything I couldn’t fine lingerie wise online. Walked out a happy lady after buying a few new lingerie pieces and things to try. 10/10 recommend checking it out!

More Amazing Than Ever in Weymouth, Boston is an exceptional shop! The variety of products is impressive, and what really stands out is the staff especially the gentleman at the checkout who takes the time to patiently explain the effectiveness and uses of each product. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, making it easy to feel comfortable while exploring. A great place for quality advice and excellent products. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming adult store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, there's adequate spacing to keep to social distancing. They have a great selection available, and if you're interested in vaping and vape-related products, they have a lot of those as well. Best place for your adult needs around.
