I feel so lucky to have this shop in the valley. They’re a great educational resource, and they have a nice selection. I bought a product through them a while ago and it stopped working. Thankfully the employee able to provide me with a copy of the receipt (almost a year later) so I could collect the warranty from the manufacturer. There’s no way I’d keep a receipt that long on my own, and the employee was so helpful guiding me how to collect my warranty.

Such a cool place! The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful! I don't be afraid to ask, these ladies know what they are talking about. And give great advice and good recommendations.

Used to be a very good sex positive shop and resource, but the shop no longer carries toy cleaner (UNSAFE!!!!!!!!) but suggests people use standard soap (again, WILDLY UNSAFE). Was once so fond of the space but I can't support them if their stance on the more important part of toy cleaning is to just "use soap". Do better, for shame. Edit since the shop replied and ignored part of what I said; we're dropping to one star. I have had three (THREE!!!) different dead-eyed employees tell me they DO NOT, WILL NOT, and REFUSE to carry toy cleaner. You can tell me to read your blog all you want, but if you have to clarify your worker's intent through a reply to a review, you're already dropping from where we were originally to rock bottom. TLDR; Teach your employees how to communicate clearly. This wasn't a "we didn't order it OOPS :P" this was a "Your employees, based on your reply, are not trained to express detail in a way that is customer-minded or even friendly. We're still never coming back, and this has honed it in even further how off-base and untrustworthy employee attitudes are. (and the fact that all specialty toys carried here can simply be purchased through the manufacturer, lets be SO real here. It was just nice to think we had a local place to get proper cleaning and self-care supplies within walking distance! Pah!)

Mali is an absolute star!! She helped me find the perfect fitting binder that still makes me feel cute and comfy! She made me feel safe since I sometimes struggle in these sorts of stores, she educated me on how to properly wear a binder and what I can and shouldn’t do in it!

I just got home from my two purchases from here and I’m planning on going back tomorrow. The prices were really fair for the toys they have. I’ve looked up the prices on Amazon but didn’t feel comfortable purchasing something like that without seeing it, and all the items I saw here were cheaper than on Amazon. Brenda is so nice and made me feel so comfortable while shopping. I’m definitely going to recommend to friends.
