Really disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Drinks were overpriced, service was slow, and it seemed like customers were only valued if they were spending large amounts of money. Overall, it wasn’t worth the visit, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic Venue. But empty mid week. $20 entry and no free drinks ...as other reviews mention. I know they have to pay for staff... but besides bar staff.. deserted....Potential for life.. simply needs people to give a pulse. Certainly a great place to spend alot of money.....All many need is a reason,, people, dancers etc no doubt helps. Im sure it goes off..but not the night I visited. It was Dead. First impression is/was my last....such a shame. Cost me $38 on card to walk in and have a bottle of Corona. $12 in all other bars in the Cross. FYI. With no dancers like this place either .

Elements has a lot of potential with its nice floors and VIP areas. From a customer perspective, the overall atmosphere feels more casual and party-like than a high-end club where clients want to spend on the dancers. Improving standards, structure, and the VIP experience could make the club more appealing to customers looking for a premium, high-spending environment. Not to mention the loud music and overtly flashy lighting feels excessive, distracting from the dancers. It feels rather cheap and lower tier
