Beautifully designed in a Gothic, woodland, and wild style. 😊 It was very pleasant and peaceful for a short stay with my husband. The lake view was especially lovely. 🌊 We really enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the fresh air. Absolutely beautiful! 💚

A nice place for a stop. We enjoyed the balcony with a nice view and the quietness. Furniture is somehow not conventional, but travelling means also to encounter different styles. It should have been a lovely place in the past. I don't love self check-in, but we actually received all the instructions needed; anyway, reception was open, so we didn't need them. No air conditioning, so be careful if you are going in a hot summer like this one: we are Italian and used to manage heat from the outside. No coffee: nor a kettler, nor a coffee machine downstairs. It's a pity, because it would have been so simple. The room was clean and everything went fine.

I was traveling for business. The price was very reasonable. Free parking right at the hotel is a great bonus. The bathroom in the room is dated and simply looks worn. The hotel is decorated in a rather unique style. The style makes sense when you're actually there as a guest. The fact that it's an "adults-only" area should be made clearer.

The hotel had the atmosphere of a “love hotel,” which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, especially since I was travelling on business. Room: The room had clearly seen better days. The drainage in the bathroom did not work properly, and I would rate the cleanliness 5/10. It was extremely hot inside the room, and with outside temperatures reaching 34°C, it was impossible to cool it down because there was no air conditioning. Service: Communication was very poor. I had requested an invoice by email in advance, but the hotel never responded. There were virtually no instructions regarding the self-check-in process. At 4:00 p.m. I simply received a PIN code for the entrance without any further information. Fortunately, there was a receptionist on duty, and we managed to sort everything out. Location: The location is excellent, situated in an attractive tourist area with good accessibility and convenient parking. Overall: The property feels as though its best years are behind it. The interior is an eclectic mix of styles with somewhat decadent elements, but the overall impression is rather dark and inexpensive. Without significant renovation, it is only a matter of time before the building deteriorates further. This is a real shame, as the destination itself and the hotel’s location are exceptional and offer tremendous potential. Response to the owner's reply: Of course, I understand the pricing level for this destination, and I took that into account in my rating, even though Google's review methodology does not consider price when calculating the overall score. Let me explain why I gave a lower rating. Regardless of the price, certain basic accommodation standards should always be met: cleanliness, a properly functioning sink drain, a clean ashtray on the balcony, and a carpet free of crumbs. Hygiene is a fundamental requirement, not an optional extra. Regarding the high room temperature, if you are unable to provide at least a reasonably comfortable temperature in the room, offering some form of compensation—such as complimentary bottled water, access to an ice machine, or a fan (there was one in only one of our two rooms)—would demonstrate that you are making an effort to address the issue. Regarding the self-check-in, I understand the delay in issuing the invoice. What I do not understand is why, even four days after sending my inquiry, I have not received any response.
