Superb shop. I don't understand some of the comments posted… the saleswoman is charming, very friendly, she knows her job well, and provides excellent information. In short, my husband and I went there, and we left delighted with our purchases; we will gladly return.

Horrible saleswoman!! I've been a customer at Madame Rêve for years. Since Fabienne left, I don't like going there anymore. I live in West Flanders, it's about a 200km round trip (that's what we told her). I went there today because my boyfriend wanted to get me a birthday present! I had found the perfect thing... but I wear a size S and the bodysuit in that size was on a mannequin. At first, the saleswoman lied to me, saying she didn't carry a size S... my boyfriend, who has an eye for detail, had clearly seen that the bodysuit on the mannequin was a size S. When we mentioned this to the saleswoman, she became very unpleasant and made it very clear that she wouldn't sell us the bodysuit, or anything else for that matter... We were shocked... disappointed by this person! Despite the fact that I loved this store all these years, I advise everyone against going there. This is no way to treat these customers...

A little romantic visit. The window display was quite appealing. Once inside the shop, we decided to take a look. The saleswoman took it upon herself to listen to our conversations and even chimed in. I found it completely impolite and awkward to intrude on customers' conversations, especially in this kind of adult store where discretion is also valued. Feeling constantly watched throughout the entire shop was incredibly unpleasant and truly oppressive. It felt like we were dishonest people being watched every step of the way. Not even a goodbye as we left the shop. A saleswoman who didn't make you want to stay in the shop or even buy anything, despite the fact that there were some nice items. That saleswoman should definitely be fired!
