For locker the oldie rude and deaf guy wanted to charge $29, then $27 finally $22. It should have been $14.5 (=$29 x 50%). When I asked why $22 he yelled the full locker price just went up to $44. What kind of stupid primitive cheap tricks does this sad place try to pull off? It is disgusting. Try to avoid it at all costs. Also the parking lot is in the back, so you can immediately see that place is not busy at all.

Stopped yesterday( 08-14) afternoon on my way to Sarnia expecting to find some fun to release some of the driving stress from Toronto to Hamilton. I asked the guy at the front desk ( the same everyone complains on reviews 😇) if the place was "busy" like a crowd number of people in and he LIED telling me was more than a dozen (12 in English) came in to run into 5 other people. Not only miss he manners but also Math!! If your only intention is to persuade patrons with lies to enter and present the paying machine with a suggested TIP 😄 ☺️ soon enough you will see the end of this place/BUSINESS.

Ive been going to your bath house almost twice a week . And today is my worst experience. Your male staff at around 7pm May 31st started to knock loud to our rooms because he is looking for someone and when I ask him who he is answered rudely and with sarcasm that he is a staff there. What if the customer is sleeping or is doing something?? Thats strike 1 Strike 2= i decided to check out early vs the 8 hours stay that is part of the payment I made so since I still have to drive back home to Niagara falls I started messaging my friends whos within the area and when they responded I had to change clothes and do my make up. So At 930 pm the staff came to my car door and again he is rude and was saying that Ive been there for a long tjme and I had to leave and parking is almost full. In this note I should have just stayed in my room till i consume the whole 8 hours. PLEASE TRAIN THAT STAFF SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF HE IS NOT IN THE MOOD BETTER FOR HIM TO STAY HOME! VERY DISAPOINTING!

Place is sometimes not busy at all. They turn away cd's at the door. And if you don't bring your card they won't let you collect stamps for the free visit. Overpriced. Toronto has better spas then this place

Terrible place Staff is not just rude… VERY RUDE, not manners whatsoever, sauna smelled like poop, place is overpriced for what they Offer, there is not Jacuzzi only 4 showers for the whole place, so you know. People are over 60 years old. They were 20 man and all of them were over 60. They don’t sell alcohol and you're not allowed to bring it, not smoking area, they check your bags in a very rude way. Only give you 1 towel and if you need more you need to pay for it. Not flip flops you need to bring your own ones. TERRIBLE SMELLY PLACE Don’t go there, go to Toronto
