The lady in the shop was wonderful, perfect service really friendly and sweet :) She tried her best to help us and even called her supervisor in cause of a return that was sadly not possible

I only came here because the drugstore was closed. I bought a gel where I was really surprised by the price but it has already been tried and is great, finally a natural lubricant that really lubricates, I have no allergic reaction and it is not sticky like Den Braven Mamut. Have a nice day

I never give reviews anywhere but now I have to really praise the service at this branch! When I bought it, I received a note with a code for a review and since I'm unpacking my things from vacation today I thought why not, because she was great. I also visit Erotic City in Bratislava, Slovakia, but compared to what I know, this lady was incredible. We knew how to have fun about absolutely everything. When she started talking in Slovak, I was very pleased and I knew that we would understand each other. Since I visit this company in both countries, I can describe and evaluate the incredible difference between them. The lady is really energetic and the good mood is incredibly radiating from her. Greeting right at the entrance, a smile from ear to ear and joy with every product we talked about is rather unique in Slovakia. Thank you very much, Sunny, for helping me choose and I believe that this is not the last time we will see each other.

Today, I visited this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They were very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right lingerie. The salesperson was extremely kind and willing to help. We had a little chat, and in the end, she mentioned that if I was happy with my experience, I could leave a review. I thought that was a great idea because she truly was friendly and attentive.
