Silverleigh used to be such a nice place of peace and tranquility. I really don’t want to leave this review but after having visited there today, I was appalled that someone’s drinks had been stolen and how drunk and rude the massage girl “Jodie” was today to guys that paid their hard earned money to an overpriced run down spa. Her drunken behaviour and asking guys to play with each other actually made me sick to the stomach. She needs to be given the sack asap because no so called professional masseuse should even be touching alcohol and them massaging customers and also charging them over the odds. I’ve heard at 4 different guys complaining about this said woman. Do better Silverleigh or you will lose good customers that actually want to relax.

Just spent a wonderful day at silverleigh. Had an amazing time. People were so friendly and welcoming. Tom went out his way to make us feel comfortable and checked we was ok during our time there, thank you Tom. Will definitely be back. Brad and Sarah.

What can I say—Silverleigh Spa is a true hidden gem. I’ve visited several times now, and honestly, when I’m not there, I miss it. It’s one of those places that quietly gets under your skin in the best possible way. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, with a lovely mix of older and younger guests, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. I’ve been to other spas, such as Rios, but I find them far too loud and busy for my taste. Silverleigh is the complete opposite—calm, peaceful, and restorative. There’s something especially magical about being inside when it’s cold or raining outside, sitting in the sauna or steam room knowing the frost is out there. The sauna and steam room are properly hot (as they should be), and the spa pools are comfortable and relaxing. The restrooms are always clean, which really matters. Yes, the building is a little older and could benefit from some updating, and the menus could be improved—but even with that, I’ve never been to anywhere quite like Silverleigh. It has a charm and character that’s hard to find. I would absolutely recommend it, and if you plan to go more than once, becoming a member is well worth it—it works out much cheaper. A genuinely lovely spa that I’ll keep coming back to.

I was searching for a nature spa near me in Kent and came across Silverleigh Spa, and I’m so glad I did! I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first after reading some mixed reviews, but this place truly turned out to be a hidden gem. It turns out that many of the older reviews were from a difficult period when the original owner sadly passed away. Since then, the new team has done an incredible job bringing the place back to life. The restrooms and hotel areas have recently been refurbished to a high standard, and the rest of the facilities are being updated and redecorated. The lighting and natural aesthetics are exactly what you’d expect from a proper naturist spa – warm, calm, and relaxing. The location is fantastic, tucked away in peaceful surroundings with a lovely log cabin–style pool and spa area. While some areas are still being modernised, the owners and staff were very open about the refurbishment plans, which is great to see. The sauna and steam room were perfectly hot, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I also treated myself to a wonderful massage from Sue — the massage room was beautifully decorated with soft, dim lighting and soothing music, making it the perfect environment to unwind. Overall, I would highly recommend Silverleigh Spa.

Fantastic place, as some reviews may say; it is a little dated and in need of repair/investment but this doesn’t make the experience bad, if anything it add character. The club, the regular members and staff make this a haven for naturists, everyone we met made us feel welcome, at ease (1st time naturists) and made the experience so good, we ended up staying an extra night and we had no desire to go home but needs must. We met some fantastic people and we will be visiting again very soon. Thank you to the staff and regulars for a very fun few days. You need to have an open mind but the freedom and relaxation that come with this is worth it... we can't wait to return.
