Klub Verboten Manchester 2026

Klub Verboten in Manchester on Friday 18 September 2026 at AMBER'S in Circle Square, doors 22:30, last entry 02:00. The organiser bills it as a SOFT night, and frames it as a double anniversary: our 10th, but also our first birthday together — ten years of the club, one year of it running in Manchester.

The line-up is timed: DANNY ROACH from 22:30, INLIMEN from midnight and ARKANE from 02:00.

Klub Verboten launched in 2016 and describes itself as a provider of contemporary pro-pervert spaces — a grassroots movement that grew into tens of thousands of members and is supported by Arts Council England. It runs in London, Berlin and on tour, and is queer-led.

Klub Verboten enforces a kink dress code at the door and does not refund people it turns away. If you are new to the space the organiser's advice is to stick to latex, rubber, PVC, leather or lace — and it is explicit that the outfit does not need to be expensive, only authentic. Fancy dress, fantasy, cosplay, baroque, steampunk, military, head-to-toe cotton, suits, cotton underwear and jeans are all listed as rejected. Their rule of thumb: if you could wear it in a cocktail bar, you can't wear it at a kink club.
