Die Nacht der O — Karlsruhe

The Story of O, staged in Karlsruhe on Saturday 26 September 2026: submissive O's serve dominant gentlemen for an evening, whether you attend as an O available only to your own partner, offer yourself to other gentlemen in the spirit of the book, or simply come to watch and be watched.

It runs at Port of Senses, a fetish studio on Hansastraße with elaborately themed rooms — several of them overlooked from balconies or through glass floors — and a large assembly hall used for the O's presentation round. Admission is between 8 and 9 pm and the evening ends around 2 am. All the standard drinks are included in the price.

The room is composed deliberately: up to 40 couples in the classic constellation of dominant him and submissive her, plus unaccompanied O's, plus no more than about 20 dominant gentlemen — roughly one gentleman to every two couples. The organiser is equally explicit about who does not come: no submissive men, no dominant women, no TVs, nobody unkempt.

The dress code is binding and enforced. Gentlemen wear elegant evening dress, at minimum a suit and tie, and emphatically not jeans, trainers, T-shirts or fetish wear. O's dress to be easily accessible, from an O-dress through fetish wear to complete nudity, and a collar — optionally with a leash — is expected.

Newcomers who feel unsure can wear a red wristband provided by the organiser, which marks them as not to be played with by other guests; an O's own gentleman decides in every case how and to whom she is available. Every participant also completes a preferences sheet that the gentlemen are required to read.

Couples are 140 euros, single women 20 and single men 130 — indications, to confirm at purchase. There is no box office. Single men's tickets for this date were sold out when this listing was written, with a waiting list open; tickets resold through it carry a 10 euro surcharge.
