FACETTENREICH Party — May

FACETTENREICH is a kinky dance and play party in Bochum — its own words are the dark, hard, dirty one — with a music policy that tells you the crowd: metalcore, nu metal, alternative, gothic, dark electro, 80s, synthpop, gaypop and slutpop.

Doors are open from 10 pm to 2 am and the party runs to an open end. Admission is 18 and over.

The dress code is the door policy and it is enforced by the Doorwitch, whose word is final. Kinky dress to impress: exciting, unusual, sexy, provocative, loud, nothing you would wear on an ordinary day — show skin, wrap yourself in latex, patent leather, mesh, leather or lace. The organisers would rather have you in than turn you away, so they will look at a photograph of your full outfit, shoes included, if you send it by 10 pm three days beforehand.

Tickets are sold online until 10 pm the evening before, and there is a box office on the night with a limited allocation, payable by card or cash. No admission price is published on the organiser's own pages. One figure is: if you are already at a FACETTENREICH party, you can buy a ticket for the next one at the exit desk at a special rate the organiser gives as 25 euros — an indication, and only available on your way out.
