Unfortunately, plus sizes are completely overlooked in the lingerie section, but the saleswoman is still very friendly and professional, and there is a wide variety of items to choose from.

We received excellent advice and a very warm welcome despite our shyness and lack of knowledge on the subject. I highly recommend it. :)

Our first visit was a pleasure. Our second will be our last. One star is far too generous. There was absolutely no privacy for my partner while she was trying on an outfit. The saleswoman was standing behind the fitting room, with the curtain half-closed, offering visibility from every corner. The second saleswoman was very aloof and curt (and I suspect she wasn't just being polite).

Customer Review – Extremely Disappointed I wanted to share my very negative experience at this store. As a regular customer for several years, I had always received decent service. Unfortunately, my last visit was more than disappointing. I went to this shop with a specific request: I wanted to buy a penis pump and a ring that fit my measurements! I repeatedly emphasized the importance of the sizes and technical specifications to avoid any problems during use. The saleswoman assured me that the recommended products would be perfect. Result: The pump broke during use (it was too small from the start), and the ring broke at the worst possible moment, causing injuries and a particularly embarrassing situation. Beyond the discomfort, it could have been much worse. I can't help but feel that my suggestions weren't taken seriously (knowing that every profile should be considered, taking into account factors such as body type, sexuality, and practices). No compensation, refund, or reimbursement.
