Never let a bad experience leave you. After a disastrous experience with another agency, we opted for the 12th arrondissement where we (as a couple) had the pleasure of a new experience with Helena and Alice, filled with gentleness and sensuality in complete respect. An experience to be shared as a couple to rekindle the flame 🔥 that burns brightly every day.
It was with immense pleasure that I returned to Natur&Zen Porte Dorée to properly end 2025. For this reciprocal massage, I met the beautiful and wonderful Helena for the first time. Helena, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for this moment shared in your company, which will remain etched in my memory. You are a true revelation this year in terms of tenderness, attentiveness, generosity, and above all, humanity. Thank you, Helena, and thank you, Natur&Zen, for staying true to yourselves. Despite the bad reviews or unkind comments, you remain, first and foremost, wonderful, attentive people, and for me, reciprocating that respect during a reciprocal massage is simply magical. Disappointed
(I'm clarifying, following the owner's response who added his comment years later, that I never asked for a more expensive service, but rather what was written on the gift certificate. He told me that in the meantime, the price had changed and that I had to pay extra. Even though there was a promotion that day.) We were naked in the room, and there were cameras, which is illegal in France, and I didn't sign anything or receive any notification. Downstairs, it's almost dark; you can't see the cameras.
The massage was bland. Nothing special. I won't be back.

I could say it's Just ok,.
I made a reservation online one day before, I received an email but no one contacted me to double confirm. When I arrived I told them I had a reservation but they didn't know it.
The chef at Natur&zen of Porte Doree is not very friendly when I leave Natur&zen. Anyway it doesn't worth 180 euro for a massage like this, won't recommend to my friend.
The bathtub is not very clear, Flip flop is not available, very hard to imagine the massage costs 180 euro for an hour.
No tea ,wine or cafe in the room~ The telephone ring can be heard clearly when having message in the room, waste money and time~
