This is a pleasant place to visit. It's clean and well-maintained. The clientele is polite and respectful. You can go just for a drink and you'll be welcomed warmly. The owner is fantastic and very professional. I highly recommend it. Go without hesitation!

What can I say? Pathetic... As regulars at this sauna (contrary to what we've just been told...), we had to endure the rudeness of the receptionist. And it's not the first time. A few years ago, a woman, a sort of Cerberus, was met with a gentle suggestion from me, in order to increase and diversify her clientele, to offer a rate for those under 25. Her response: "That's none of your business..." It's a shame this is the only sauna in Caen; we miss the old one near the Mercure hotel. I know this review will be deleted by the owners; that's what's often said in conversations at the sauna. We only go there because we have no other choice. We can't wait to see some competition.

After trying several clubs, this is my favorite! I come as a woman alone, and I feel completely at ease here. The managers are absolutely lovely and attentive. The clientele is very respectful, and if there's ever a misunderstanding, you're perfectly safe. I have a blast on the dance floor with great, eclectic music that's perfect for everyone. Hello, I'm also a little disappointed. It had been a year since my last visit. First of all, the welcome seemed very cold. They didn't even make eye contact with the greeting, and they didn't even tell me the price. They just handed me the payment terminal and that was it. They didn't ask if I was familiar with the establishment (because it could have been my first time, and I might have felt a bit lost). The jacuzzi was also cold, unfortunately. And regarding condoms (even though we had some in the wristband), it would be nice to have a small tray with some in it in a few places, as I didn't find any others anywhere except in my wristband. So, sorry for this comment, but a good welcome helps build customer loyalty and makes people want to come back. For my part, I'll return in a while, hoping it will be warmer. Have a good day.
