Yesterday I visited Orion in Schwäbisch Gmünd and was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. The young cashier was incredibly kind and helpful. She greeted me warmly and immediately assisted me in selecting products. She was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. She even took the time to suggest a few additional products. Thank you again for the wonderful service! I will definitely be back and will recommend the store to my friends.
The staff would rather be occupied with other things than keep the place running; I would be ashamed of myself as a QLS manager, especially considering why the manager doesn't seem to care or even notice... I'm going to contact headquarters and write a strongly worded email.
Having a shop is all well and good, but if it closes for an hour during opening hours without any notice online, a sign, or an information board, then you might as well just close the shop down. There's no point in having opening hours listed, since you obviously can't rely on them.
The shop is nice.
But the saleswoman was only interested in her phone and showed no interest in us. A real shame.
Dont respond to emails, dont return money for undelivedred products. It is a scam
