The salesman, wearing a black knit hat and black clothes, resembled a bouncer who only lets select people in. My friend, who is over 60, politely asked if she could use the restroom, and that was already a no-go. And when she asked about the plus-size rack, he said that no one could try anything on because the fitting rooms were closed. He treated her with absolute disrespect and rudeness, so I had to intervene verbally. We both wanted to buy some pretty lace lingerie, but apparently, this store discriminates against people who are over 60 and looking for XXL. The guy is absolutely detrimental to the business; it makes you afraid to even go back there. Finally, he held the door open for us and told us to leave. A complete and utter disgrace... Never again, and certainly not as a woman—it's frightening!

I was there today – the lady who served me deserves my utmost respect and admiration! The consultation she gave was so empathetic that it almost had a healing effect! Thank you for that 🤭🫶

I can't understand the negative reviews. My colleague and I were in the store and were greeted warmly. Two couples were ahead of us, and neither of us was ignored or ripped off. Everyone was greeted and seen off with a smile, and the shop is clean too! In short: Great store, good selection, very friendly staff, parking available, service-oriented. Many stores should send their staff to Orion for training so there's more customer service and friendliness in retail. Keep it up! 👏 I'll be back! 🫶

We've been here several times. We came with an idea and browsed around. And then often left with something completely different that served its purpose much better. Because the advice is so good. They really point out what actually works and what's just cheap toys. And all of this is done very competently, kindly, and more than accommodatingly. They're happy to unpack the toys and let you try them out. Thank you so much for such great service, especially for such an intimate topic. Best team of advisors! ❤️

The employee is a very nice lady and made the whole experience of choosing the right toy very comfortable without it being awkward. Even by returning an item it went flawlessly
