I visited FKK Oase today and it was a great experience. From the moment you walk in, the place feels luxurious and well-maintained. The sauna service is outstanding. The girls are high class. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, no pressure, the service level is excellent. Just be sure to know the price upfront, some girls are very skilled at upselling extras and it can damage your wallet. If you’re looking for a proper high-end FKK experience with beautiful, classy girls and a serious sauna/wellness setup, Oase is one of the best choices in Germany right now. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

The greatest place on Earth. I have been to most of the FKK's in the Frankfurt area and this one is, by far, the best. A huge property with multiple unique and pleasurable areas to relax in; each one feels like it could be it’s own FKK. The bar/club area gives you the feeling of being at either a dance club or strip club, where you are approached by beautiful women. The process of getting (paid) drinks is a little complex; you buy a chip at the ticket register at the front, then give that chip to the bartender. Not a horrible process; but I understand that the owner wants to keep control and oversight on the money spent at the bar. I am sure they probably had dishonest workers that pilfered money at the bar in the past to come up with this system; so I will support the owner in doing business that way to keep the place running. I do wish more of the girls would dance in the club; it’s set up for that. I understand they are independent workers and Oase can’t oblige them to dance… but I bet some of the girls might find that many customers would ask for them to join them after their dance set… so many of us have that fantasy of spending time with a dancer. The spa area is next down the hall. It has the most beautiful hot tub I have ever been in. A great place to relax in between visiting the different girls. The pictures the owner posted make is look small, but it is quite spacious, striking stainless steel tub surrounded by Greek artwork. It has a balcony that overlooks it and many beautiful women with sit in that area waiting for the next customer, I also like to sit in the hot tub and size up my next girl. I love how they notice you looking and come over to finalize the sale. Just off the spa area is the dining area. Free non-alcohol drinks are available here and the buffet is set up most of the day. There is also lounge area between the spa and the exit to the outdoor area. A stairway to the left leads to a Solarium. It was cooler outside the week visited; but there are glass doors that form a wall that they can remove in the warmer months. I imagine in the summer that wall is opened. It was nice laying in one of the many loungers they have set up in this room; and watching the outdoor area. The outdoor area is gorgeous. It has beautiful outdoor pool (stainless steel) that is connected to another hot tub. Surrounding the pool area there are outdoor lounge chairs. It was very enjoyable laying nude in the sun and feeling its warmth; even though I was there during cooler months. Many of the girls were walking the brick deck around the pool and seeing if anyone outside was interested in visiting them. Nothing beats seeing a beautiful women walking around the pool! There is also another outdoor buffet that is set up sometimes; though I did not go to that one the week I spent here. There is also outdoor cabana but I did not see anyone use them; perhaps they are more popular in the warmer months. Oase’s website does not show pictures of the private rooms, but every one of them I visited was unique. They all seemed to have a different theme. All were clean and well laid out. I am glad the owner spent time and money making these rooms so nice and distinct. I’ve been to other placed were the rooms all look the same. Oase makes it an adventure to see what is going to be in the room and many of the girls have their favorite room; which is fun. The locker room and shower area was laid out well also. Nice clean lockers to hang your clothes in, when a small locker in the bar area (with matching locker room key) to store your personal items (wallet, phone, etc.) and spare towels available when you need to replace one. They hand you a robe and plastic slippers at the bar when you first walk in. and then the locker rooms are down the stairs. Most of the time, there are beautiful woman waiting at the top of the stairs before the locker room, to remind you how great this place is and why you came. I would make a trip to Germany (from the USA) just to go to Oase and spend more weeks here. Again, this is the greatest place in the World!

This place is really worth checking out. My wife and I were here looking for a unique experience for two. When we were planning our visit, we were a little worried about the recent negative reviews. However, now I realize that most of these reviews are probably just competitors trying to undermine the place. All the staff were very friendly, and on Thursday there were more girls than visitors — about 30 girls. When we arrived, three girls approached us in turn, but they were understanding that we weren't ready to interact right away and politely left. Then we found Elena—we sincerely recommend her if you want an unforgettable threesome experience. The room was very clean. There were no additional sales in the room during the process—Elena did everything necessary to keep us satisfied and took great care of safety and hygiene. The price of the visit also included pizza for each visitor - we had a delicious meal and it was prepared according to our wishes. The saunas were clean and hot, beyond praise. When we left, Oase provided us with a taxi within a minute. The cost was about the same as Uber's premium rate, and the car was premium(Mercedes). We were pleasantly surprised. Personally been to over 10 fkk while visiting. Often I would fly through Germany 1 to 4 times annually. For accommodations and various other interests, oase is above par. In my extended experience only once other fkk was at this level, however more refined selection of interests. That was/is villa vertigo.

Skip to end for tips that may give you 4 or 5 star experience. Overall, it was ok. The huge thing going for it is the facility itself was very impressive. Beautiful place well decorated free food that is quite good and none alcholic drinks. Spa and hot tub and resting areas are great, too. The girls, though, were good-looking, but none of them blew me away all 5-8. Maybe hotter ones come at night. The majority are Eastern european. They make up for this by being insanely aggressive with their sales. They are very skilled negiators and will try to overcharge you. Another cutomer gave me some tips. I wish I knew them before going as I blew all my money instantly for overcharged service. I got talked out of 500 euro quickly due to their great sales, but the actual service was ok but not really that amazing. What ruined it most for me was mid session, them aggressively trying to sell me 'more' services when they previously said the time includes everything like some shitty game DLC. Completly ruined the mood for me. Honestly, I would have rather paid upfront than negotiated constely mid session. It completely ruins it for me. 1. Do not tell them it is your first time. 2. Do not tell them you are from a wealthy far away country, USA or arab emirates ect. ^ They will charge you much more if you tell them either 3. Try to refuse the first few offers despite how aggressive they are and shop around. 4. Take cash with you. That is your limit. So you dont get the atm fee or go over budget It took forever to explore the facility because girls would not leave me alone and accept that I already lost my budget. The area is a bit far away if you dont have a car. It is 40 euro to get there from frankfurt station. I took the advice of a previous commenter and went to Burgholzhausen train station. It is only 10 euro to taxi from there. I decided to take the 30 min walk, and it was actually quite a lovely trail there. I highly recommend it at least during the day. I was going to taxi to the station from the sauna, but the trail was so nice I decided to take the trail and train again. If you have the time, recommend it, at least for the way there.
