Very unfriendly.
The saleswoman was constantly on her personal phone.
And if you ask for advice yourself, you get rudely snapped at.
I've already spent so much money at Orion.
But as of today, Orion is dead to me... Never again.
Here, service and advice still matter!
I had previously ordered from a competitor online and was totally dissatisfied… here in the store, you get exactly what you're looking for and can see and touch the products.
The store is impeccably maintained both inside and out and almost has a living room atmosphere.
This is what makes shopping a pleasure. 😁
I bought a gift for a bachelor party there. Domenic is a great salesman, competent and also very friendly. I'd gladly buy from him again.
Friendly service with a very welcoming manner, and as a bonus, we were recommended a very good restaurant. And the food was really good :) This won't be our last visit.
