We were in the store and looked at various items. After we left, an employee approached us and said she had noted our license plate number because a pack of condoms was missing. She claimed we had taken it. We did not take anything and deny this accusation. If there is video footage, it should clearly show that we did not take any merchandise or leave the store with unpaid items. We understand that missing merchandise is noticed and checked. However, being specifically accused of taking the merchandise without any basis was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Based on this experience, we will not be visiting this store again.

I bought an expensive toy from this store and unfortunately lost the charger. I went back hoping to buy a replacement, but they don’t carry any. So if you buy something here and end up with a similar problem, you’re basically left with an expensive toy you can’t use—a complete waste of money. The woman working there was also far from friendly. I told her I had bought this exact toy from their store only six months ago, and she kept trying to convince me that she had never seen it before. Very disappointing customer service.

One of the employees was very rude to us, we were actually gonna buy a flogger and shackles but we were exploring the store a bit more, since my boyfriend doesn’t know much about toys and props, so we took a bit more time to look at all different things. I admit we did tested how painful some floggers were, unfortunately there was one whip that was pretty loud even though we barely put force, and I imagine that alerted the employee (woman, thin, short hair), and she came to us very pissed and asked if we were going to buy something and so. We are not teenagers, so it’s not that we were just playing around, but actually considering to get something from the store… After the interaction with the employee, we decided to go immediately and order somewhere else online, where we are able to test and return, if it’s painful for us. Even if it’s not allow to test this in the store, there’s definitely better ways to talk to customers.

Elke W. is a super friendly and helpful employee who is incredibly personable and empathetic, putting everyone at ease and explaining everything. Congratulations on having such a lovely employee! Warm regards

I was visiting from Germany and really wanted to stop by this store — but I don’t speak any German at all, so I was a bit nervous when I walked in. But the staff were incredibly kind and patient, asking if I needed help with anything and explaining everything step by step. Even when a product wasn’t available, one of the lovely ladies — who was honestly stunning! — kindly checked the stock at another store for me. Unfortunately, I was heading to a different city the next day so I couldn’t go pick it up😢 But still, I had such a pleasant shopping experience here. The store has great products and truly kind people. If you get the chance, I definitely recommend stopping by!
